How quickly can one angle grind that model of Audi down into blocks sized conveniently for taking to the tip?
When I had my store, people often blocked my access road, so I kept an angle grinder handy to go outside with prior to them leaving the car. Surprising how quickly most of them moved away. Only had to actually press the on switch once, and then they moved.

I blocked a UPS driver in to a dock for a half hour once for cutting in line. He was super pissed.

A friend of mine is a retired fire department chief. He said they would roll up to a shopping center and some moron was parked in the fire lane. He just put the fire truck bumper up to the door of the car and pushed it out of the way. Then they were sure to run a hose through the car and they were pretty careful to let the car fill up with water. The car owner got a ticket to go with his totaled car.

He said the most fun was to block in a car that was illegally parked and make the owner wait many hours to get the car.

I bet that will be the last time he parks there. She should have called the police and had it towed the 2nd time it happened.

You mean like this?

(The silver Volvo was mine, and the white Audi my wife's)

My wife and I did this to a guy that parked in our parking bays (across both) some time ago. He soon realised that no amount of threatening or abuse could get his car out.

I said to a friend a while back that I am beginning to become an angry old man. His response was that I was an angry young man...

When I was at college one of my professors would park people that strayed onto his assigned bay in and then take the bus home.

Then some poor 80 year old woman with a walker comes hobbling out of the store to see her totaled car. She parked there because all of the handicap stalls were full, and she just couldn't walk any farther than that.

I've seen a cop roll up to someone idling in a fire lane waiting on a ATM user. Obviously, driver in car, can GTFO of the way should they need to. Cop parks behind them in the same fire line, writes them a ticket, sends them off to park in a real spot (or just leave), and then leaves his cruiser there and goes into the grocery store to get lunch/etc.

But in the real world, handicapped spaces are usually wide open. At least that's what I've observed.

Oh, I know. It's just my way of saying we don't always know why a car is parked illegally, or inconveniently, or whatever. Seems some folks always assume the worst, and assume it's just someone being a dick. And yes, it usually is...

Then again, we often see an even bigger dick - they guy who is "large and in charge", reacting completely inappropriately, way out of proportion to the offence, and inflicting serious damage to someone's property. Behaving in a way that they would never dare to behave if they weren't hiding behind mamma's skirt. Again, because they can. You can picture guys like this just salivating at the opportunity to eff with someone, because they "deserve" it. Do they? Really? And it's even better if it's a BMW, or some damn Poorsh...

This is a separate issue. The only place I ever see most handicapped spaces full is at Wal Mart. Most other places seem to have 5x the amount that is actually used.

Have a look at the parking lot of a VA clinic.
