Freezing rain on highway
30 cars crash on icy I-5 in Portland
see video embedded at above link Freezing rain last night and this morning in Portland. Highway was effectively a skating rink. This weather was widely forecast, so I'm not sure if these people don't read weather forecasts or don't understand what they mean.
