At first glance, I'd say they were the same person, but since you asked the question, upon looking closer, I'm not sure about the nose and chin....

First pic has bow tie covering an Adam's Apple. Second pic is after the sex change.

Very close, it might be. The jaw is slightly narrower in the second pic which shows space between the teeth and the inside of the mouth, not seen in the top pic. The chin is slightly different as well, but that could be the angle. You need to look at things that cant be changed, like the shape of the ears, (which cant be seen) how high up they are in relation to the face, space between the eyes, length of forehead, ect. The teeth are almost identical. Im thinking its the same person.

Nose is different. There are indentations at the nostrils that are not present in the second photo.

Nose looks a little different, but could be camera angle (first one the camera is slightly above the subject). I need a closer shot of the two photos of the teeth.
