First treatment today.
A hour session involving relaxing music with an air massage chair. The alpha stem was an interesting sensation. Worked quite well.

I'm keen to try it. Sometimes I'm mad as a hatter, other times the most sensible person you ever met. So it may be interesting to see how it works to level out sleeping and fight/flight. |

It may behoove you to try it.
I don't have much anger, but more angst. I have a quite toxic environment. The tech that was running it did check on me to make sure I didn't have any adverse reactions. One could have the opposite then desired effect.
