It didn't seem possible for him to pull a pole out of his posterior. |

Oh man....he got me....haha haha...pretty funny..great race!!!!

Vettel got away with murder. He should have been black flagged for that stunt. |

Not a fan of Danny Sullivan in the steward's office. It seems like every time he is there the rulings are strange. The call from Hammy to the pits to have Botas slow down was bush league. |
Baku snafu, more a lottery.
|
Well, at least F1 is not quite as dull anymore. Those last ten laps were the most exciting in several years. Good for Stroll!

It appears Hammy did no wrong. |

Rubbin's racin'. At least it makes the season more interesting.
|
Hamilton is a jerk and Vettel was stupid.

Now THAT was an exciting race!
This Vettel thing... I just can't wrap my head around his comments and denial that he acted so childishly. I was warming up to him, but I think the dude is seriously not playing with a full deck. |
Sebastian Vettel 153
Lewis Hamilton 139 Valtteri Bottas 111 Daniel Ricciardo 92 |
You guys see Bottas trying to leave the stage when Ricci started doing the shoey? lol

This is probably going to get hotter over the reminder of the season. |

What I enjoyed most about this was the Post race Buxton paddock pass interview of Stroll's trainer... Based on the season, I - like others - assumed "rich brat with not enough talent", and that guy's interview changed my mind more than the somewhat lucky result. As he pointed out, the guy is the son of a billionaire. He could have had a life of easy luxury away from the public eye, that we all wish we had. But nope, since he's 8 y old, he's been racing, training hard, putting himself out there. Had no normal childhood, no partying, more training, hard dieting (he's a big guy), all to put himself up the ladder to F1. And he made it (thanks to his dad's money, granted) but also largerly because of a thankless 10 years of work, and he's friggin' 18. Who at 18 can say they decided at 8y old they wanted something this bad, and worked this hard to get where they're at ? (yeah, verstappen maybe) So, respect... I'm changing my opinion of Stroll and will be cheering for him, and Sainz, and whoever else... PS: Enjoyed Grosjean's radio stuff too, paraphrasing "Just tell me if the brakes are gonna kill me OK?" |

Hambone is a self-centered douche bag and its all about him. He does CS stuff to gain an advantage and then lies about it. Never liked him. I've always been a Ferrari fan and I really, really tried to root for vettel. But just can't. His immature temper tantrums are too much. He's an embarrassment. |
Oh, and Ocon-Perez. I think this one was on Ocon, but I don't blame him one bit after Canada...
he's done exactly what Rosberg should have done to HAM in years past, show more spine, risk a crash, make his team mate think about his blocking next time... And then in the interview he smiles and is all "everything is cool, we'll deal with this privately". I like that kid, he's a baby faced assassin, he will go far.... If I was Ferrari or Mercedes and I could not get VES, I'd get Ocon in a heartbeat before his stock goes higher... Perez says "I'd have won if not for Ocon", and ocon should reply "I might have won canada if not for you, you blocking dip$hit". Excellent. |

As far as gross-jean and his brake drama ....... Maybe he's really having problems with them, but people are so tired of him complaining that they don't listen anymore. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1498487579.jpg |
