It seems from the pics that nacho cheese is a very important component

I stopped at Burger King last week. They want to put "cheese" on everything.

So funny that you posted this (very timely), I saw the "Naked Chicken Chips" ad the other night, and I actually found myself cursing at the TV (of which I watch very little). I don't get it...

Gogar, why do you taunt the overweight, middle-age men on this board so?

Yeah...just yesterday I had to run some errands in Daytona and saw the Cheeto/Mac and cheese sign on a Burger King while stopped at Nova and Dunlawton. I kept looking at it trying to figure out what kind of food item that was.

Been a while since I was that stumped.....

It goes well with Arby's new pork belly sandwich.

And to be clear, I have not tried them.

I LOVE cheese, and one of my biggest comfort foods is macaroni and cheese, just about any kind whether it's gourmet or blue box Kraft, they are all good to me, and I could see some deep fried mac-n-cheese nuggets being tasty, but I don't get the "cheetos" part of it, and I don't get dipping it in nacho cheese (not really a huge fan).

Those chicken tenders don't look naked to me, they look pretty breaded, and I have no desire to dip chicken tenders in crappy cheese.

I'm going to say fail to both.

There's a little mom & pop diner down the road. It's called "Lankford's Grocery & Market" because when it opened in 1934, it was a grocery store. It's still in the same family. These days, it's a diner serving breakfast or lunch Mon-Sat from 7-3. They only take cash, and they have been on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. They have the "Grim Burger" which is topped with bacon, jalapeños, a fried egg and a heaping portion of macaroni and cheese. It's darn tasty in part because of the mac-n-cheese.

I've had this sandwich a couple times. Delete the cheese and fried onions, then add their Horsey Sauce...not bad at all!

The Cheetos are better, but still not worth buying...
I would not have tried them if someone didn't offer them to me for free.

those two look like hippie health food compared to what you can find at the county fair.
which btw, is about to start around here!!

but i vote for the chicken chips..since they must have some added protein and been enriched with some minerals. maybe even some chicken in there!! yummy

Like Arby's Pork Belly Sandwiches, sans pickle. Which means it probably won't be on the menu very long, like all the other stuff restaurants put on their menu only to remove it once I try it and like it.

I don't think I've been to an Arby's in 25 years, but I remember liking the food and the curly fries. I suspect a few things (Arby's and myself) have changed in that time.

I don't like to think of my diet as amazing but more like fabulous...
Came in to work early for some OT (5AM) so didn't grab any breakfast... film crew had coffee and donuts... they kept offering them to me so I caved and had two donuts.

This morning I weighed in and gained 4 pounds!

I have to admit I find the chicken strips intriguing (in a morbid train wreck kinda way)

Enjoy while you can guys. Eventually medical issues will make your life full of things you used to do.

Of course I had to click on this..."naked" being the key word.

That stuff may be fast but calling it food is a stretch.
