The Dubs + Durant = ?
Anybody else watching? The finals are the first games I've seen all year. Golden State was already a first rate team....adding Durant, and imo they're gonna have a few rings before they are through

Great team to watch- an embarrassment of talent. With Durant, surely over the top. Cleveland had to play the game of their lives in game 4 to stay ahead of them. They actually had it done in game 3, but let it slip away. I don't think they can win 3 more like they did last year, not with Curry healthy and Durant in there. Game 3 was the best game of the Warriors playoffs that I saw.

GS has a better all-around game from their defense, drives and 3pts. There is really no stopping them in the long haul. I am sure there are folks who think game 4 was thrown to bring it back home, playing at home is always an advantage.

Game 4 wasn't thrown. The Cavs won because they got super-hot on 3 pointers. You can't throw a game that way. "Okay, guys, the network wants us to win tonight. So don't miss any threes."
Anyway, part of me (A Bay Area native) was OK with the loss. No team of mine has won a championship at home. The Giants won all 3 on the road. The Warriors have won 2, both away. The 49ers did win one of their 5 at Stanford, so that sort of counts. But not really, since the number of 49er fans in the stands would have been about the same wherever they played. They just need to win on Monday. Of course, there's always game 7 at home. But that would be too much. The Warriors should win a few more. Perhaps we deserve it. We paid our dues for about 30 years.

What I found rather disturbing was that the Cavs had 22free throw attempts in the first quarter. The refs lost control of that game. Not that the Dubs would have won that game , the Cavs were outstanding.

If the Cavs win on Monday, they can most likely take it to Game 7 and win it all. Being a transplant to the Bay Area, I have jumped on the bandwagon since GS started winning in 2015, so I hope they win on Monday and it's over.
