you will hate it.
in short, neighbors suck. I have very few around me but one is a real arse. one ruins it for all. I would get a house with a few acres, let it grow up all around you, leave about 1/2 acre to cut.

Right there with you Hugh. My 10 acres, house and all that goes with it should be up for sale in a year or so.
Purchased a building lot on the Verrado golf course in Buckeye and will be selling another house we have in AZ. Looking for a summer home/condo in the Stadium district in Tacoma. Retirement has never been so busy! The music is epic!
