This you won't see. Can you guess why? This happened a few miles north of us and it is just disgusting. And it's in Cocoa on the mainland, not Cocoa Beach on the ahem, beach.

As much as I can piece together and reading between the lines, here's what I got.

The film crew are gangbangers. They had been smoking weed. The fellow in the water was also a banger with a substantial rap sheet. Sure it doesn't matter he was a prior crook, and I'm sure most of the filmer's also have a record. But it add's to my thoughts on the culture. In my head bangers due to the culture and nature of their lives don't hold a lot of remorse or feelings about the death of anyone outside their tribe/family. Bangers do not call the cops or anyone else in authority positions unless someone in their tribe is in danger. Often not even then. Especially if they are stoned when they filmed it.

This is no different than the gangs killing each other, in every big cities across the world and filming it. This is just another "wow" news story about crap that happens every day. Yes we find it sad and upsetting..they don't, different culture.-WW

Cocoa, FL teenagers videotaped man drowning while jeering at him – Narrative Collapse

Jamel Dunn, a 32-year-old black male, drowned in Cocoa, FL on July 9th. His fiancé says she left their home for 15 minutes and when she returned, he was gone. She reported him missing to police.

Dunn has tattoos all over his face and apparently has been arrested multiple times before.

A group of black males, aged 14 to 16, witnessed him drown in a small pond. Instead of calling 911 or trying to help, they videotaped him drowning. They can be heard cheering jubilantly and yelling insults. Dunn can be heard screaming for help.

At the end of the video, they discuss calling the police but never do. Instead, they went home and uploaded the video to social media. Someone noticed his decomposing body five days later and called the authorities.

Police say there is nothing they can charge the boys with.

Got to wonder why he was in a small pond in the first place, especially if he couldn't swim. Possible that those kids might have throw something of his in there, or even drug him in and then started recording?

I saw somewhere that allegedly the relationship beween he and his girlfriend was on the rocks and they were fighting when he suddenly disappeared.
