Female Small Older Minimal shedding. Let me introduce "Hank" Male Big Young Major shedder. Wife did the Jedi mind trick on me. Hank was headed to the pound, or a life as a guard dog for a pot farm. Oh well.

Congrats and thanks for the rescue...he looks like the Paul Newman of dogs.....very cool.
Must be the eyes.... BTW...my girlfriend just lost her Dad. His name? Yup....Hank. Keep us posted, Cliff.....in dog thread, if possible....

Nice dog! Good job saving him... just my thing when I get a pet I randomly call out names (usually something I see while I'm reading) until they respond.
However I have noticed the ladies in our lives prefer to pick their name for them. I fortunately I was able to intervene on Marshal:
