Motion, Are You a Safe Distance Form the Fires???
Motion, I know the media blows these things out of proportion, but it sounds like these fires are pretty wide spread. Is your Montana house safe?

Plenty of smoke in the area, but nothing next to Red Lodge. I rode for around 400 miles over the past few days and didn't see anything. Just smoke. Montana is a huge state!

That's good news!
I've been evacuated twice due to fires, even had fire crews suck water from my pool. As Hugh will attest, its not a fun ordeal. Glad your at a safe distance. Ride on!

Hwy 93 in southern BC at Radium is apparently closed due fire now but that could change in a few days.

Here in the US, it's estimated that nearly 90% of wildfires are human-caused. WTF is wrong with people??? Hope everyone will be safe up north.
