^^^Perfect anology !
I am pretty anti-technology, and don't agree with an electronic butler, but my wife got one for Christmas. I have only ever used it to turn off an upstairs light that was left on. I'm sure I would have been accosted (by my wife) for actually physically turning off the light switch. I also have zero Apps on my phone, and don't see the need for constant gameplay like my son does. |

So far, I'm not really impressed by Google Home. I think maybe these things will be more useful in the coming years. By that time, I'll want the Amazon Echo Silver...
