Nil Replies Via Forum From Anyone Who Had Visited RWB Tokyo— However managed to meet up at the shop at 8pm tonight ( works solo until around 11pm each night)— rather lucky as only one month per year is spent in Tokyo — Great guy, even gave me a ride back to the station in one of his personal cars

Ooo.. neat. I should have checked it out this summer while in Tokyo. Have you seen the Mario Carts? I just heard about that last week.

Very cool. Considering how famous that place is, the shop looks pretty humble.

Very humble shop... All of this is very cool. Not for the purist but I like his work.

Very cool. He spent some time here doing a 993 for a local guy, interesting that he travels to his customers. Car is cool, but not my thing, air ride etc.

Yes, -- Nakai-San, also has 2 X 993's of his own in California.
He was trained at a Tokyo Porsche Dealership in mechanical and bodywork and then setup his own company 15 years ago in the same premises he is still on today. I had a great night with him, and it was special to me to have met up with him at his actual "home" in Tokyo. The "passionate drive" back in one of his personal cars, in the dead of night on a secluded part of Tokyo was a highlight. He is a very decent guy with a real love for what he does. |

RWB! A mythical place! Kudos for seeking it out, had no idea it wasn't a huge corporate-deal or at least I thought it was a Japanese Ruf Cool that it's just one crazy guy.

I suggested to him that he should get along to Rennsport VI ... and show off his wares
