Considered some 18in Roock USA Competitions similar to older Turbo Wheels.

These threads make me sad that I didn't buy a 928 when they were cheap. I've always liked the car, just never found one worth buying.

Matt,
Becaureful looking for a good deal. It is easy to spend $5K to $8K on a 928 that is still $10K away from being a $10K car. |
My favorite 928 wheel is the aluminum space saver wheel that I put in the trunk of my 911.
(And, on the whole, it's obvious from the pictures on this thread that Porsche did a pretty good job designing the road wheels for the 928, on the whole. Aftermarket wheels don't necessarily improve the looks in the least. In my humble opinion.) |

The 928 is an amazing car.
Porsche is an incredible car company....period. |
The early clutter free 928 with phone dials is the best of the breed.

I’m a victim of the past, much like I am with air cooled 911s. I can remember when you could find a nice S4 for under $10k, and that wasn’t very long ago. I came very close to buying an 85.5 RoW and an 89 S4, both ultimately fell through.

This is topic that I agree with. I have seen lots of 928 s with strange wheels. I have a set of D90 for sale , like new. They look perfect on the 928 and 944 . Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
