This is what a multimillion DT Series car crash looks like

In case you missed it, there was a HUGE crash in the DT series recently. This was the FIA GT World Cup 2017 - Qualification Race Macau Grand Prix. Below is the full video and a video that shows you a different angle of the crash that looks to be caused by the green Mercedes driver. This is one of the worst GT crashes that the announcer has ever seen and it is not easy to watch.

About 1:50 mark shows in car footage of the crash:

Here shows an outside view of the crash:

Racing down narrow back alleys, what did they expect?

That is NOT a race track.

Why in the heck are they racing in Macau on city streets?

There are lots of safe race tracks all over the world.

As they say "Stuff happens"

Lame course. Like racing in a tunnel.

It’s racing, accidents happen. #50 Merc stopped on blind corner, doesn’t make it an unsafe track. Think about the big NASCAR wrecks at Daytona due to high speeds and close proximity or famous drop at Laguna Seca. If tracks are too easy then not fun to watch.

Dont think its the point of it being unsafe, its the point of a pointless style of track where passing is severely limited. And yes it is not safe.. Moto GP just had another fatality there last weekend..

This is taken a second before the impact, track worker looking in the wrong direction....at the oncoming car instead of looking forward to warn the drivers at the blind corner.
