So you paid around $65/square ft. and they threw in the 5 acres for free. Wow. Considering that it costs around $200/sq.ft. to build a lot less luxurious than that in the heartland these days, someone got their clock cleaned on that deal. :eek:
Your post about the split finger tips and miserable climate brought back some bad memories. I grew up in a colder place. No thanks, not even for an (almost) free house. :cool:
