yep..mine is the same as pictured, except it's smooth instead of ribbed and it has a neck pad at one end. Rolls around easily and where you want it to. I've had it at least 10 years and like it a lot.

Hmm, kind of think you want/need some sort of head support.

Get off my lawn!
|
I have a creeper that is hinged in the middle. It will fold up into a roll around work seat. Push a lever and it straightens out and lays flat into a creeper with a padded area for my head.

I have not used a creeper in about 45 years. I got my hair wrapped up around a wheel . I was stuck like a turtle on his back. Finally rolled off the creeper so I could get my hair out of the wheel. The wheel kept a wad of my hair and that really hurt.

Someone should make a creeper with a lever that can drop the creeper on the deck to stop it from moving. pull lever up creeper drops. Push the lever down it frees up to move.

Which is why Bones creepers have wheel pockets, to drop the carriage down. I had a very old creeper for years, probably somewhere in my Dad's barn now. I bought a new one a few years back, and it is too tall. IF I were getting a creeper, I'd throw myself a Bone...

A few years ago my wife bought me for Christmas the " tail bone " which is a rolling stool/seat and I love it . At the time I had a scissor lift and in my new garage I'm building I will have a 2 post lift . The tail bone is comfortable , rolls with no effort and with a lift you can adjust the height of the car for the task you are performing .

I have not used my creeper in awhile...I bought a large foam dog bed and it works great under the car...lower than my creeper and much more comfortable too. It doesn't roll around though.

Too big to fail
|
I have one of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004K7F8PQ
I only paid $100 for mine, and I immediately upgraded the wheels to some Harbor Freight 4" casters so it doesn't get clotheslined on a zip tie. It's the perfect height to go with my mid-rise lift.

I have this one. It's okay. Nearly all of my years spent wrenching on cars as a "home mechanic" on my back, have been on cardboard or the cold bare concrete. Nine out of ten times I forget I even have it:
