low cost oscilloscope ?
Was thinking of picking one up for the garage.. Lot's of small hand held on Amazon/ebay.. Any recommendations ?

Check out Seeed Studio Nano
Ive used the one I got for ignition trigger traces, and check cam position sensors etc..  It replaces the behemoth:

I have one i bought on bangood for 17$. Its a fun little project to build. I havent used it for much but it works fine. 1 channel only and limited bandwith

Just did a "hardware hacking" workshop with Joe Grand. We had some little thing that plugged into our PC/surface. Need to dig into the records...
