That was awesome. I watched "Senna" a few years ago and may have missed this or wasn't mentioned. I did watch "1" on Amazon prime recently and was reminded how deadly the sport was until recently.
Yeah, it's just one of those things. You want to be a racing driver, but you don't want to break your parents' hearts (twice). Tough choice. |

It was good.
The story of Lake Speed (whatta name) and his 1978 world karting championship run is also good. A lot of cheating going on back then. Er, rulebook bending.
