Sounds like someone who is meth'd (or more or whatever) out of their mind...perhaps severely mentally ill and off their prescription meds but more likely to be the former.

looks like he took four guns to see President Trump so probably not a fan. the father should go to jail for giving the guns back to the kid. if the kid just took them he should still be in trouble for not telling the police.

Seriously, you guys. Here is a mentally ill potential, soon to be actual, killer who had semi automatic guns. He was picked up by the system, the system removed his guns, and then he got them back. Great system. But its also not inconceivable that if he couldn't get those guns, he could have gotten other guns. Its evident that the system cant prevent crazy or unbalanced people from getting them, legally or illegally. So ofcourse what should be focused on are swimming pools and pressure cookers.
