just picked up 2 the other day. they are pretty good. sometimes the grisly fat can be bad but they do have good flavor and not that expensive.
the meat you get these days is really bad. maybe I am just too picky. I don't want to pay ribeye prices and get shoe leather when I get home or have something with no flavor. we have been getting the chuck eyes but the last ones we got were so grisly the dogs got more than we did. food lion has ribeys for 10 per lb, lowes food is 15lb and there is consistency that lowes will be better. if you can find a store that will age the beef for you that is the way to go. but you will pay big $$ for it.

we eat a steak once every three months or so..
so it's a rarity. we go big. i buy only from a Hipster butcher. his stuff is awesome. he tells you which farm it is from and stuff. i bet the cow had a name. my office secretary. i turned her on to the place. she had the butcher de-meat a hog face and sell it to her. he was so stoked to get something so random. i like small batch butchers.
