i buy my butter from Costco. the unsalted stuff. i wrap it up and freeze it and deal it out as needed.

it's good to have around if the need to bake something creeps up. i dont use it much anymore..i should probably not buy from costco anymore.

Butter only. It's real. Just use it in moderation, like most everything else.

The research I've seen indicates these two statements are completely false. But don't take my word for it, spend some time researching the effects of PUFAs on the body.

I only eat it butter from the pack with a teaspoon, soup spoon obviously would to much of a good thing.
But i have to maintain good pace tho, other wise my cat jumps in and steals me butter, he's a fiend for butter.

I know, it was the process used to get from butter to just liquid at room temp.

The prep cooks set it out and then skimmed it between lunch and dinner.

If it is salted butter we leave it in the covered butter dish on the counter so it is nice and soft and spreadable.

I thought the idea that margarine was better than butter was disproven 20 years ago.

My Grandmother said margarine became popular during the war because it was easier and cheaper to make, store, transport, ect.

To me, it tastes like thick oil.

Brummell & Brown spread. I like it as well as butter in most applications.

When I have time..I slice butter and use a Smoking Gun to infuse hickory or mesquite flavor into the butter...Yummy!
A ziploc bag works a lot better than what the guy in the video is doing.
