Tire scraping fender, paint bubbled, solution?
Due to muddled thinking on my part, my tires made contact with the fender about 4" from the lip/edge and heated the paint enough to produce a nice bubble maybe 1" by 2" in length. It is not broken, and may remain as it is for years if not touched. Is there anything an expert can do with this short of a full repaint?

Sorry, but no. There's a good chance it will start to rust under the bubble.

Thought that was likely the case. Many thanks!
