Replacing panels?

I will soon be prepping a 71 to replace some panels. The front suspension pan is nearly gone. The front control arm attachment points are toast. I will be replacing the entire front suspension pan. The rear floor boards are gone as well as the rear part of the tunnel, and the rear seat pan and rear firewall are toast.

My question. What is the best way and direction to brace the chassis for removal of the pans. The cars gaps are decent and there doesn't seem to be too much in the longitudinals.

Thank you in advance.

John
