Question Removing deep rust

What is the best way to remove all rust from the doors? I have been using 24 grit paper on a grinder. this has cleaned up most the rust, but, I still have deep pits that won't clean up.

thanks,
Shane

Deep surface rust pits. The kind you will never get out with a grinder or sander. I was told to try muriatic acid. then coat with POR-15.

Use OSPHO aka Metal prep. OSPHO can be puchased at True Value. Metal Prep is at the Welding supply store. Apply with a brush and let dry, then prep and paint. Steve
