Newbie- Trying to determine value '60 super 90

Hi All! I have an opportunity to purchase a 1960 Super 90 coupe for less than 10K. Its going to need to be painted, the interior put back together and possibly redone etc. It also does not have the original engine, but a VW engine.... Anyone know what these cars are worth when they are in good condition (not fully restored) and without the original engine? I am trying to figure whether or not it is worth the money and time.... Thanks a million!!!!

Is the body in perfect shape? is there rust? are the floors intact? lots of questions before value can be determined
