What’s this part? Engine tin or?

Just installed my engine tin and can’t figure out where this bit goes... or is it even part of the engine tin or something else altogether?

Used to be attached to the center engine mount console. There will be a bolt hole in the rear tin with no threads below.

I need two of these for my 3.2 carrier if anyone has these little tabs separate. There is one on each side correct?
