I don't believe the 944 number is correct. Google indicates that part no is a micro switch clip.
I did look in PET and couldn't find anything reflected as located on the lower door edge.

well..here it is...the bottom door part where the linkage rod goes is
relay lever(officially) 911 531 083 00 the door locking mounting for bush button is 911 531 076 01 all this on page PET 224 to Kees do you need one ,is it missing or why are you asking?? Ivan

looks like we know what yellow beast he is taking about.Last time if i remember this was a plastic block to keep away the connector to the actuator...no part number ...

Too many years on the job Bob. But there's one every once in a while that gets the best of me. 2 weeks ago, needed the foam triangle that goes on top of the evap housing in the smugglers box. Knew it was available, bought it before, couldn't find it,oh yea, it comes in the foam kit with the lower round seals. But it isn't shown in the PET... We found it, got it ordered for delivery the friday before the concourse....and Porsche messed up and didn't ship it on time. Oh well, it'll look great at the next concourse.
