Oil temp sending unit question
Exciting right?!?!?
I have a '77 S. My gauge goes from 80 degrees to 340. Our host says the sending unit for my car is the non-numbered type (i.e. no numbers on gauge like a SC). Earlier cars have a different range of gauge numbers. Anyone know the correct sending unit for my '77 with numbers? Told you it was exciting!

Lots of info here on what I went through last summer. The different senders are detailed as are their part numbers.
External T-Stat Bad?
