Includes bolts to mount?

that's the plan, ready to bolt on.
Maybe even with the needed nut in case some cars dont have it, so you can Weld it in.

will keep my instagram updated

Following. I’m interested to know more about these jack pads as they develop.

Maybe consider making these from Delrin or similar. Very tough material and no post finish required.

can some one tell me the bolt size/thread for these mounts?

thanks

Bob

My 74 seems to have weep holes not threaded bosses

Are there threaded bungs, or inserts that can be welded in to fit these slick lifting pucks, a molly anchor seems kinda light in its absence??
Chris

Why not use a nut. It’s all covered by loose carpet in the corners.

There are 10mm (check size) threaded holes at each corner of the belly pan, just next to the pinch welds. Get yourself four hockey pucks, drill out the centre, including a recess for the bolt head and screw them in. As I recall, on one corner I also had to saw a slit on the puck as the threaded hole is too close to the pinch weld.

What do you think the odds are that those threaded holes are a carry-over from attachment points to this kind of overhead crane system on the early 911s?

Hockey puck jack points

A few minutes with a Drill press and a Forstner bit and you can fabricate your own. You may find at AC lines may interfere with the attachment points however.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1571015314.jpg

I bought the Esco jack stands from Pelican Parts with the round rubber tops. Quality stands and I bought a pair of axel posts which I use under the solid torsion bar or torsion bar covers. I glued rubber on the posts with contact cement.

Like to put the stands under the torsion bars or torsion bar covers. I have a cabriolet and the door reveal doesn’t change much while on stands .

Btw, haven’t seen the screw holes at the jack points. Have a 1985.
