82 SC Heater back date Hose length?

Hello

About to do a heater back date on my 82sc and I would like to confirm how much I need and also that it is the 2" (60mm) Diameter stuff. Looks like lots of folks like the red or orange hose from Aircraft Spruce.

Thanks in advance.

I bought 4 feet when backdating my SC. It was barely enough.

You can see my account of the work and parts list here: A Cheap SC Heater Backdate

Kerschbaumer - Hope you'll be creating a "DIY" thread for your backdate. I will follow. Or will you just post here on this thread?

I've got a pretty thorough thread on how I did it to two different cars. One with engine out, one with engine in. Search back through my threads and you'll find it.

Thanks Jameel! As your vehicle is also 83SC, I will study your back date process carefully. Thanks for sharing.
