Question on Roll bar fit

I may have an opportunity to buy a used autopower rollbar for a good price. My car is a non sunroof - the car the bar is coming out of has a sunroof. What will be the issues with this? A ~1'' gap between the top of the bar and the headliner?

I have the autopower on my car and to my knowledge there is no difference between a sunroof and non-sunroof. My car probably does have about 1.5" clearance on top.

Anybody put one of these in a non sunroof?

I had one in my sunroof car, and it fit against the top with MAYBE a 1/4" gap. They do ask if it is a sunroof or not when you buy one, so that would be my guess, just a little bigger gap,. no big deal.
