Thats the feeler gauge .. I know what that looks like but the one i am talking about is the 13mm wrench.. do you know what it looks like is it simply a 13mm box end that has an angled end? i am asking because it's $44 .00 seems like a lot. Thanks, Eric

Mike I don't believe that is the $44 tool that Eric was asking about. At least I hope not. I paid less than $10 for the one you pictured. I think that the tool Eric is asking about is the one you use if you wish to adjust the valves using a dial indicator.

It may be a combination tool, with a 13mm tube socket (like the VW plug sockets) and a screwdriver built in. It allows you to loosen the nut and turn the screwdriver without one or the other falling off.
