Most likely it is a M6x16 grade 8.8 cheese head screw.

This is the pan head torx drive that I'm using to attach my seats. I have some extras if your interested.

Looks about right.

Take one out, go to a good Hardware Store (one that has all those little bins of various nuts and bolts), a find something that has the correct geometry. Most likely a M6x15 cap screw.
