I replaced all the fuses with new ceramic core, copper conductor bullet fuses. I do that every few years as the old copper starts to tarnish or look anything buy new.

And I carry a batch of spares.

Cheap insurance to change fuses.

Try "Deoxit" available from Amazon. It's a contact cleaner, works very good. It has rescued many lightly corroded contacts from a flood car with Deoxit.

Getting towards 1000 fuse panels in use now. No issues.

We have also designed custom fuse panels for Alfaholics and Eagle E-Types.

For $10 I bought this:

40-piece Ceramic Torpedo / Bullet Fuse Kit for Audi Mercedes VW Saab Porsche BMW

Cheaper and easier than bothering to clean the old fuses. Just replace every when they look old or tarnished.
