Installing Euro turn signals to add driving light

All -

I am continuing to refine the “Sport Tourer” or RS Tour backdate I am doing. Previously, we installed CarMagic LED headlights which I like very much but my US turn signals are looking pretty worn and dull.

So, I picked up some Dansk repro Euro turn signals with chrome trim and a clear lens where I want to hook it up to my fog light switch which is now unused after dropping the ‘87 bumper with fog lights and installing the ‘70’s fiberglass bumper.

My question is: what color is the wire for the fog light that is in the light bucket? Seems like my choices are: Blue/White, yellow, brown, or green (see below)

I know I can’t put a super bright bulb in there for a “driving light” but any light that I can add and control via the fog light switch would improve visibility given my dark car and the distracted drivers on the road.

Can anyone help me with the wiring? Thanks!

Your ‘87 would have had a separate harness up front for the fog lamps if original to the car.
White/green wires. Tied up under the bumper maybe from when you changed it?

Need a New Wiring Harness? PM or e-mail me. Search for "harnesses" in the classifieds.

No white/green on the right side. We did clean up a lot of loose wiring months ago when we were cleaning up the fuse box so we may have eliminated that set of wires. Or could it be this black/green wire?

I did the same thing you are doing but hooked up the drl to the key switch to come on as soon as there is power to the key switch. It’s a single led and it is super bright even in the sunlight.Nice headlights btw.
