Help newly rebuilt 3.2 not starting

I just rebuilt my 3.2l, can not seem to get it to start. I replaced speed and reference sensors due to the condition of the insulation, so they are good. There is fuel being pumped through the system. I have checked there is spark and the injectors all measure ok, they are getting a signal, I used a noid light. does anyone know what the output of the ignition coil should be? I am measuring around 7500 volts. Other than that should I pull the injectors to see if they are spraying? also trying to figure out what the wires are in the picture

Double check that your distributor is not 180 degrees out. Someone I know did that recently

I tried that, with starting fluid, it backfired, so I put it back.

I got it started finally. I had to remove all of the injectors and clean them all out. I hooked up leads to a lawn tractor battery and opened the injector and ran cleaning fluid through them. I ran the engine at 2000 rpm like Wayne suggests in his book. Only thing is now the idle is lumpy, it bounces between 800 to 1100 rpm. Any suggestions or is this normal until the motronic re-calibrates itself? It has been over 10 years since it ran.
thanks

Is the fuel in the tank okay? 10 years is a long time for fuel to sit without turning into varnish.

Look up how to jumper the ICV (Idle Control Valve). A bad ICV can't hold the idle and therefore causes it to wander. Jumpering the ICV stops it from trying to control the idle. If this smooths out the idle, you need a new ICV. Some people report that cleaning them "fixes" them. I tried that on mine and it did very little.

Bentley manual describes jumping the ICV to center it and set base idle and CO. Make sure there are no vacuum leaks. The motronic does not “learn” or save anything.

Brand new fuel tank, cleaned before installation. I will try the ICV. Does anyone have complete vacuum line kits or is there any listing of sizes and lengths to replace them all? I replaced 2 lines but they probably all need replacing.
thanks
