I'm reassembling the car and have one question (Again!). I get nervous when things don't make sense. The front torsion bars have the ends painted blue on the left and yellow on the right. I would think they would be painted the same to indicate they are the same size.
Is this to differentiate the two sides? Just want to make sure the PO didn't mess something up. Thanks. Dave PS. Used POR-15 on the A-Arms and belly pan and that is amazing stuff and looks great.

You should notice a stamped R and an L on the t-bars to designate side. Just replaced mine and do recall different colors - that may be to designate side as well?

Dave,
I second what Vance said. The bar will have an L or an R on the end to designate where it goes. I just looked at my old bars the other day to confirm this.

Stock T bars have L&R marked on the ends. Some non-stock bars are not marked, which is tricky. If they are new, they can go either side. If they have been installed, they should go back on the same side they were on - they need to be market when removed for that to happen.
Sounds like you have stock bars, right? Then you will see the L& R markings.
