A bit late but yes, sensor needs to be very hot to produce voltage; possible that your heater relay wasn't working?

Still getting to know her before I buy your Chip.

Hey,
My air screw was way tight, called Steve W. per his instructions, I sprayed a little penetrating oil in the screw well and gave it a couple very light taps to shock it loose. The brass and aluminum generate galvanic corrosion and that is the jam.

Does the car have CIS? If so google CIS mixture adjustment screw. It’s located on top of the air flow meter. Between the rubber boot and the fuel distributor. You w8ll also need 5o adjust the idle air screw.

Thank you proporsche

Can you post a picture of where the mixture adjustment screw is located ?

What CO figure are you aiming at with the gas analyzer ?

once you remove the plug you need 3mm allen wrench.
So,1st if you still have the plug in ..remove the afm (air flow meter)
2nd drill 2 little holes into the plug about 3mm deep so you can use needle nose pliers to remove it.(never mind those 3 punch hole that was for a different showing)
3rd to set the C/O engine should be warm and i`d would put about 1,2 without the CAT
that is all
