Source for replacement clips

I have a 1987 911 Targa that has the factory third brake light installed on the decklid. I am trying to source the replacement plastic clips used to secure the electrical line to the underside of the engine decklid, but I haven’t found the part number on PET nor have I found it on the host’s website. Any help identifying the part number or source would be greatly appreciated.
