Whats this wire in engine bay?

Car runs fine, but whats this wire in the engine bay? Passenger side, runs along the side to rear corner. Nothing nearby that it looks like it was connected to.

Grounds are colored brown. It may be the oil tank level sender wire. Does it have any color other than green?

Maybe some sort of connection to the AC, which has been removed from your car? Is the wire hot?

That was my thought as well.

As a general rule, the Porsche factory used brown wires for grounds. That green one is likely the sender wire, or something else. It does not look right for a ground.

It is green only. Tested the wire with the engine running and got no signal. AC controls are removed as well so not sure if it needs to be turned on to be hot.

A/C wire runs through the tunnel to dash/console or other switch control area.
