964 motor low point?

Will a 964 motor sit flat on its stock exchangers, or is the case split line lower? It looks lower is why I ask. If so, safe to set it on a cart with one heat exchangers acting as an outrigger?

Thanks!

I have put mine on a cart sitting on the heat exchangers. No problem.

Does it sit flat, or slightly to one exchanger?

Personally, I always 2x4s or something to support the weight of the motor and use the heat exchangers for balance.

With the stock exchangers, it looks like the flywheel end of the motor would rest on the exchangers, but the case would be the lower parts as you move to the fan end, correct? So it’s sort of a triangle that it sits on. You block up the center line then shim the exchangers?

Thanks!

Mines (the pic) a 3.3 So, probably a bit different. I should have read the posts more carefully.
It sounds like the 964 hits the case first. Should be fine.
