Does this 915 dogring have the backcut?

It's been known for a while that the R&S dog rings make in the last years didn't have the correct angled backcut on the dog teeth. I have a dog ring that is of unknown age, so I want to make sure it has the backcut before using it. I think it does. What say y'all?

Thanks ...

At a glance, it looks like it does, but if you throw a synchro ring on it, it will be immediately apparent. This one does have it:

Yes, but they use the same synchros, and the friction surface of the synchro bears upon the back-cut.

I think?

LOL. Ok, you got me, but the back - cut is the same, right? I was just trying to answer the OP's question by showing him a synchro, and how it rests in the dog teeth.

I wouldn't measure the installed dimension until fully assembled, in particular with the snap ring in place. Also I measure at 90 and 270, if you consider the gap in the ring to be 0.
