Can Someone Identify These Sparkplug Wires?

I want to install a Pertronix 91867A Ignitor in my distributor, which is a 74-77 unit mated to my modded SC engine.

Their website says to not use solid core wires. I have the wires shown here. This is the coil wire. It has a 7 mm blue cover with a red braided fabric sleeve over it. The ends are Beru WVES 5. I'm not sure but the fabric sleeve may be called Fyrebraid, which might indicate Karlyn/STI.

Can anyone please tell me the brand of wire, and if they are solid core, suppression or carbon type?

Can I take them apart without ruining them to check?

BTW I have been using them with an MSD 6AL CDI box without problems. MSD say not to use solid core type wires.

Thanks
