Pelican is in Excellance Tech notes
Just received my copy of June Excellance and in the tech notes an article from the Pelican Tech Forum is brought up. It is the tech article about installing 964 cams and JE pistons in a 2.7 with CIS.

He said that he does agree with the cam change but said that it may not be necessary to change out the pistons. He gives the necessary clearances for the valves and says to install with CIS pistons and measure. *He stated that perhaps the reason for the piston change was to facilitate the necessary valve clearance with the more aggresive cams.
Oh yeah on another note. The cover of the June Excellance features the "The Real Deal! Porsche's Hardcore 911 GT3 heads for U.S. And another: 612-HP Carrera GT. And here's another: There is a list of the top ten reasons why Porsche created the Cayenne. Tom

I'm not a big fan of the 914 but I am of that one. Nice.
