Help with determining part needed where battery sits on

Hi,

A spot of rust was noticed and followed......

I have ordered the parts I need but cannot find the following part in the picture. The part I after is where the battery sits on. I ordered the part but it does not look correct. I have included two pictures. The second picture has a flapper wheel sitting on the section I want to replace.


Hoping one of you ladies or gentlemen (after you stop laughing) can tell me what part I need
