Need some help with CIS Tubing, and EGR Delete
Hey All,
I'm going to post some photos but before I do, here is the situation: 77 911S EGR Delete, Airbox port blocked off with a dodge ram drain plug and yellow teflon tape, EGR system removed. Because the EGR is removed, I cannot follow the factory CIS diagrams, exactly. I know how it was hooked up before, but given how hack everything was on this car I'm not sure it was correct so I'm looking for some clarity. 1. Also, the hoses on my deceleration valve are old/brittle, and I tried to buy some at FLAPS but was unsuccessful, see the photo below for how bad the hose is kinking. ![]() Part # appears to be n0203591..... which is $20 for a meter. Is there any alternative that works well? 2. I am having trouble finding a part number for this hose. I slipped onto the WUR and was held on with a small hose clamp, but then the plastic barb was just held in through friction, no clamp that I am aware of. I tried replacing it with a generic hose I purchased locally, but it's just not the right diameter and the plastic barb can fall out easily. I'm going through all the parts look up services, and there appear to be a lot of variations here, none of which are showing this hose. help? ![]() 3. What goes here? ![]() Thanks in advance!

In the last pic I believe that hose goes to the charcoal canister.

Ok, I think I found the part # for that short hose with plastic barb:
999-181-281-50 It's showing up as NLA everywhere, and the description says 3.2X7 C. Tried looking for 3.2x7 hose, coming up empty handed. Any ideas?

BelMetric has a 3.2mm x 7mm hose but it's a diesel fuel hose.
https://www.belmetric.com/braided-metric-hose-oem-c-14_138/rh32-diesel-hose-32mm-p-948.html?zenid=l1f4recmbhfdtq44d7oqok7ik1 Edit I found that they also have regular 3.2mm x 7mm fuel hose rated up to E85. https://www.belmetric.com/multifuel-hoseethanol-approved-c-14_662/rhm32braid-flennor-multifuel-hose-32mm-braided-p-12659.html?zenid=90rllgl469qdcpq8947oo34687 Last edited by HaroldMHedge; 11-29-2020 at 06:56 PM..
