Weber 4o IDA throttle shafts need oversized

My Weber 40 IDAs throttle shafts need oversize shafts installed. Stock is 8mm and oversize shaft is 8.2mm. Otherwise, the carbs are in VGC.

Who do you recommend to do this drill/ ream work ?

Paul Abbott doesn't provide this service.

Do you have the 8.2mm shafts? Having been down that path, I was unable to find 8.2mm shafts and chose to re-bush my carbs. Not for the faint of heart.

Unless the middle bushings have more than around .006" clearance, I would just replace the end plastic bushings with brass and call it good.
