Quick question: Part number for my engine bracket/mount?

my powdercoater messed up my engine bracket and it's holding up my entire project. He welded the little sheet metal ear back on, upside down, and for some ****ing reason, he welded it to to the front of the mount, not on the side where it clearly was originally, nor did he think to look it up, or ask me. Then he powdercoated it. I am pissed. He asked for a part number, probably just wants to redo a new one.

Part number i sent him was:

91111501403

he is asking if there is a suffix for my model year.

Thanks
