How works heat sensor dashboard?
on my 86 dash there is a vent for the temperature sensor.
Some questions: Is this for the AC? Or for the heating? What does it control? Anyone ever relocated it? Is it 'sucking' air (I assume)?

Sensor.
It is the cabin temperature sensor which controls the Auto Heat.
